100 NFL Players to Pay at Least $506,100 in Fines Over Super Bowl Ticket Scandal

The NFL is fining about 100 players and two dozen club employees for violating league policy by selling Super Bowl 59 tickets above face value. Players who resold their tickets must pay a fine of 1.5 times the face value. With the average ticket priced at $3,374, fines will exceed $500,000. The punished players also cannot buy tickets for the next two Super Bowls unless they are playing in the game.
