2026 MLB Draft First Round Overview: Roch Cholowsky Leads Hitter-Heavy Class

The first round of the 2026 MLB draft is complete. The White Sox selected Cholowsky with the No 1 pick out of UCLA. The Rays picked Emerson second, and the Twins took Lackey third. Outfielders dominated the middle of the round with Curiel, Rose, Booth Jr, Burruss and Gracia all coming off the board in the top ten.
