Fans heading to the NFL Draft in Pittsburgh will have a budget-friendly travel option. The New Castle Area Transit Authority has announced $4 shuttle rides on April 23 and 24. The service includes multiple pickup points and connects to free local shuttles running every 15 minutes to the North Shore. Moreover, Seniors ride free, with options like the “Football Flyer” and select rail services.
