“A Blessing”: Tyrese Maxey Happy to Have “All-Star” Joel Embiid Back After Injury Struggle

When asked if he's surprised to see Embiid back at All-Star form, Maxey said it's a blessing he managed to overcome numerous injury issues. Maxey added, "He works hard. He does a good job of getting his body right," praising Embiid's effort. He was happy seeing Joel, who played 39 minutes, play more minutes than him, 35 minutes, vs. Pelicans.
