AC Milan Agree Club-Record Deal to Sign Goncalo Ramos From PSG

Milan have agreed a club-record fee to sign Ramos, surpassing the $84m paid for Rafael Leao in 2019. Owner Gerry Cardinale’s relationship with PSG chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi proved pivotal.
