Adam Silver Considering Introducing a Tournament to Decide NBA Draft Order, Curb Tanking

Having fined the Pacers $100,000 and the Jazz $500,000 for tanking, Adam Silver and the NBA are looking for ways to prevent it from happening at all. Shams Charania reported that the league "is discussing creating a tournament among lottery teams to determine the NBA Draft order." The hope is that such a tournament will deter teams from tanking.
