Adam Silver Threatens to Take Away Draft Lottery Balls From NBA Teams That Tank

Silver put tanking teams on notice. "We can actually take away draft lottery balls, we can change the order of the draft," Silver told Stephen A. Smith. "Teams have to know it's not just about paying a financial fine." The warning came alongside a new "3-2-1" anti-tanking proposal Silver plans to bring to team owners at the end of May.
