West Florida quarterback Marcus Stokes has committed to Memphis after a standout season at the Division II level. The 6-foot-2, 210-pound passer threw for 3,664 yards and 40 touchdowns, earning finalist honors for the Harlon Hill Trophy, the Division II equivalent of the Heisman. Stokes now jumps to the FBS with the Tigers.
