Aggies Adding Stanford Assistant Paul Williams To Defensive Staff

Texas is expected to hire Stanford assistant Paul Williams as its nickels coach, per CBS Sports. Williams spent the past 3 seasons with the Cardinal and previously coached at Wake Forest, Houston, Illinois & Miami. He’ll work with the Aggies’ defensive backs, focusing on the nickel position, after helping Stanford allow under 30 points per game for the first time since 2018.
