AJ Allmendinger Reveals the ‘Mental Preparation’ Required to Race at Bowman Gray

Heading into this weekend's unofficial season opener, Allmendinger described racing at 'The Madhouse' as "crazy." Touching on his preparation, he explained, "It's full contact, so you just have to be mentally prepared." Scheduled to go live at 8 PM ET this Sunday, the build-up to the main race will include the postponed (due to inclement weather) Saturday Heat races.
