Alabama quarterback Austin Mack will return for the 2026 season, sources said. Austin Mack served as Alabama’s backup and replaced Ty Simpson in the Rose Bowl, leading the lone scoring drive. A former Kalen DeBoer commit to Washington, Mack followed him to Alabama. Mack threw for 228 yards and two touchdowns, a redshirt sophomore with two years remaining on roster.
