Albert Breer Believes NFL Is Drawing a Line in Brendan Sorsby Case

“I can't remember the NFL ever denying a player entry to the supplemental draft,” Breer tweeted after the league informed teams it would not hold a supplemental draft in 2026. Breer noted players previously gained entry because of “drugs,” “NCAA rule-breaking” and “grades.” “Clearly, the NFL is drawing a line here,” he concluded, pointing to the league’s firm stance on gambling-related violations.
