Aldermen Approve $255M Rams Settlement Package After Years of Delays

After more than three years of debate, St. Louis officials approved a plan for the city's $255 million share of the NFL settlement tied to the Rams' relocation to Los Angeles. The package includes $120 million for tornado recovery on the North Side, $70 million for infrastructure projects, $55 million for downtown revitalization efforts and $10 million to address vacant properties across the city.
