Reid publicly backed Nagy for another head coaching shot. “He deserves to have a head coaching job,” Reid said. “Somebody is missing a gem here.” The Chiefs coach added that if Nagy doesn’t land one, it only gives him another chance “to go out and do his thing,” praising his value and leadership around the league.
