Janel Grant, Vince McMahon, WWE Target June Court Hearing on Arbitration

“PLEASE TAKE NOTICE…the parties have conferred,” a joint filing says as Grant, McMahon and WWE set June oral argument on motions to compel arbitration. Grant’s opposition is due April 1; defendants may reply May 13. The January 2024 suit alleges sexual assault and sex trafficking; McMahon resigned and Laurinaitis was dropped. Grant speaks Feb. 19 in Connecticut’s Hartford.
