Arbitrator Flags NFL Owners’ Public Criticism of Players in Report Card Ruling

In a 26-page ruling, arbitrator Scott Buchheit noted owners have publicly criticized players without league discipline, writing both sides could expect “flexibility” in applying Article 51. Tyrann Mathieu Offers Patriots Advice After Super Bowl Loss
