Manning has agreed to take an undisclosed reduced share from the Longhorns’ 2026 revenue-sharing pool. Despite being CFB's highest-paid NIL player at roughly $6.8 million, Manning’s move is expected to give Texas more flexibility to build a title-ready roster. The 9-3 Longhorns failed to qualify for postseason this year, as they were ranked No. 13 in the final CFP rankings.
