Architect Tyler Rae to Restore Seth Raynor’s Mountain Lake Course in 2026

Work runs April–October 2026 to restore Raynor’s Mountain Lake in Lake Wales. Plans include greens rebuilt to original sizes and bunkers restored from archival photos and new historical research. Rae called the site “magical” and vowed to “polish the gem.” The community dates to 1915; the course opened in 1917. A punch-bowl third green and classic fourth-hole bunkering return.
