Arik Armstead Reveals He Played Six Games With One Hand
Jaguars DL Armstead said a hand injury forced him into a reduced role late last season. “I was playing with one hand for six games,” Armstead said, adding it was “hard to play the run” and left him limited to pass-rush situations. He said the cast prevented him from grabbing blockers or using certain moves, but now his focus is “being my best self.”
