Arizona Cardinals to Leave Tempe, Build New 30-Acre Headquarters in Phoenix

The Arizona Cardinals announced plans for a new practice facility and team headquarters in north Phoenix, set to open in 2028. The 30-acre, 250,000-square-foot complex will anchor a 217-acre mixed-use site. The move ends the team’s 36-year stay at Tempe’s Dignity Health Training Center, which has housed the franchise since 1989. Owner Michael Bidwill called it a “new chapter.”
