Arkansas Fires Sam Pittman, Bobby Petrino Named Interim Coach

Arkansas fired head coach Pittman on Sunday after a 56-13 loss to Notre Dame dropped his record to 32-34. Pittman, 3-0 in bowl games since arriving in 2020, will receive a $9.3 million buyout. Offensive coordinator Bobby Petrino, who previously led the Razorbacks from 2008-11, takes over as interim head coach.
