Hours after Mike McCarthy joined the Steelers as their new HC, former Pittsburgh OC Arthur Smith is finalizing a deal to become the next offensive coordinator at Ohio State. Smith brings significant NFL experience to Ohio State, including a three-year stint as the head coach of the Atlanta Falcons. His previous college experience was as a graduate assistant at North Carolina in 2006.
