Baltimore Ravens Hire Duke Assistant Harland Bower As OLB Coach

Duke defensive ends coach Harland Bower has agreed to become the Ravens’ outside linebackers coach, per insider Pete Thamel. Bower has been at Duke since 2022 and coached All-ACC defensive ends Vincent Anthony Jr. and Wesley Williams in 2025. The move brings college development experience to Baltimore’s defensive staff as the Ravens continue reshaping their coaching group.
