Blake Ferguson Signs With Texans After Long Absence
Nearly 10 months after vanishing from Miami without explanation, Ferguson has signed with the Texans. Houston waived TE Tre’ McKitty to make room for the long-snapper. Ferguson, drafted in 2020 from LSU, joins rookie Brinkman in Houston’s snapper room. His brother, Reid, remains the Bills’ veteran snapper. Ferguson replaced Pepper in Miami.

Bucs Make Key Chris Godwin Roster Decision
The Buccaneers will activate Godwin from the PUP list to start the season, per reports. It’s a ramp-up move, as the veteran WR continues recovering from the fractured ankle he suffered in Week 7 last year. Texans’ Jimmie Ward Sued Amid Disturbing Assault Allegations
The Safety is currently facing a civil lawsuit after the mother of his three-year-old child alleged that he assaulted and threatened her while under the influence of meth, including slapping, choking, and forcing a s**ual act. Ward was previously arrested in June for domestic violence and later for violating release terms. The 34-year-old remains on the Texans' PUP list.
