Blake Snell Says Shoulder Bugged Him All World Series, Still Targets Opening Day

Snell said his shoulder “continued to bother” him through the World Series, but added it “wasn’t anything that required more than physical therapy and rest.” He expects a slow build this spring. Asked about being ready for Opening Day, Snell replied, “That’s the plan.” The left-hander’s workload will be monitored as he ramps up for a full-season push.
