Toronto re-signed Eloy Jiménez to a minor league contract with an invite to big-league spring camp, per reporter Mike Rodriguez. Jiménez, 29, joined the Jays on a minors deal in late August and played six Triple-A games, posting a .508 OPS in 21 plate appearances. Once a .275 hitter with 89 homers from 2019–23, he has battled repeated injuries and hasn’t returned to MLB since 2024.
