Bo Nickal Blasts Yoel Romero After Weight Miss Ends RAF 05 Bout

Nickal claimed Romero ducked him after Romero failed to make weight. “I said it to his face at the presser. He didn’t want it,” Nickal said. Romero missed weight and was stripped of his interim light heavyweight champion status; as a result, their scheduled freestyle wrestling match for tonight was scrapped. Nickal is now recognized as RAF’s undisputed 205-pound champion.
