Bobby Marks: Cavaliers Save Nearly $50 Million With the De’Andre Hunter Trade

Marks reported that the Cavaliers have saved nearly $50 million in cap space and luxury tax this season by trading Hunter. He added that the move provides the Cavs good guard depth with Dennis Schroder while adding a defensive wing in Keon Ellis. Additionally, they traded away Hunter, who's shooting a career-worst 42.3% from the field and 30.8% from 3.
