Cowboys HC Schottenheimer recently shared a lesson from his father, saying, “Coaches do not wear sunglasses.” He explained, “The players have to see your eyes when you’re coaching them,” especially “when you’re correcting and criticizing… I want to see your eyes.” That said, Brian is lenient with his staff, revealing, “The other coaches, I let them wear, but I’ll never change.”
