Brian Windhorst: Pistons Will Watch Kawhi Leonard's Situation Closely

Windhorst said Detroit opened cap space because “they’re chasing somebody,” after missing on Tyler Herro and Austin Reaves. He called Leonard “a player to watch,” but said the Clippers’ situation is “prickly and so unusual” because of a league investigation. If Leonard is cleared and traded, Windhorst said Detroit “wants to be in line.”
