Broncos Release Michael Woods With Injury Settlement

The Broncos have released wide receiver Michael Woods from injured reserve with an injury settlement, making the 26-year-old a free agent. Woods was waived with an injury designation on June 16 before reverting to injured reserve after clearing waivers. He cannot immediately re-sign with Denver but will be eligible to join another team once healthy or potentially return to the Broncos later this summer.
