Belk spent the past two seasons as defensive backs coach at USC Trojans football, where he coached standouts Kamari Ramsey and Bishop Fitzgerald. Before USC, he served as defensive coordinator at the Houston Cougars football. The deal is expected to be a three-year, $14 million contract.
