Browns GM Andrew Berry said the Rams’ willingness to include Jared Verse was the turning point in negotiations for Myles Garrett. Berry called the 25-year-old pass rusher a “huge part of this return” and a “perfect DNA match” for Cleveland’s defense. The Browns acquired Verse, a 2027 first-round pick, a 2028 second-rounder and a 2029 third-round pick in exchange for Garrett.
