Ruiter blasted Johnny Manziel for blaming the Browns and Cleveland for his failed NFL career. “At some point, you need to be accountable for yourself,” Ruiter said. “The Browns never stuck it to you. Browns fans never stuck it to you.” He added Manziel's “lack of preparation” and “unmitigated disaster” as a player “was on you,” not the organization.
