Browns Release Statement On Jim Schwartz' Resignation

The Browns said Jim Schwartz submitted his resignation as defensive coordinator. Cleveland thanked Schwartz for “his contributions to our organization over the last three seasons” and said its search for a new defensive coordinator “will begin immediately.” The team released a statement confirming the move. Schwartz served with the organization for three seasons and will not coach the Browns in 2026.
