Bryan Pata Murder Case Ends In Mistrial

The murder trial in the killing of former Miami standout Bryan Pata, who was shot multiple times outside his apartment on Nov 7, 2006, ended in a mistrial after jurors said they were deadlocked. Judge Cristina Miranda declared a hung jury in the case against former teammate Rashaun Jones, who has pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors plan to seek a new trial within 90 days.
