Buck Martinez Retires From Blue Jays Broadcast Booth

Martinez announced on Friday that he’s retiring after 16 years with the Blue Jays TV/radio. The Ex-catcher played for the Jays from 1981 to 1986, managed the club in 2001-02, and then joined their broadcast team in 2010. He "hoped" to be part of the Jays until their 50th year, "But it's time to pass the torch," he said.
