Clark said she tries to “distance myself from everything online” and focus on “what’s going on in the locker room.” She said people “don’t understand how taxing the spotlight/pressure can be,” but added she “would never change it for anything.” Her reset includes meditation, breathing, journaling and “a lot of amazing things” that protect her mental balance.
