Cardinals’ Draft Day Glitch: Wrong Number Delays Jeremiyah Love Pick at No. 3
The Cardinals faced an unusual delay at No. 3 overall because they were given the wrong phone number for Notre Dame RB Jeremiyah Love. General Manager Monti Ossenfort admitted the blunder caused a tense wait in the war room. “The phone number we were given was the wrong one, so that was a little bit of a delay,” he said.
