Carlos Alcaraz Becomes Youngest Men’s Career Grand Slam Winner

Alcaraz completed the career Grand Slam at 22 years, 272 days, breaking Don Budge’s 1938 record (22y363d). He sealed it by beating Novak Djokovic for his first Australian Open title, becoming the ninth man to win all four majors. The win also gave him seven majors, moving him past Boris Becker and Stefan Edberg and level with John McEnroe and Mats Wilander.
