Carson Hocevar fined $50,000 for 'Behavioral Penalty' at Kansas

When Hocevar was running 13th on lap 260, the #77 car spun to a halt, flattening multiple tires. After they arrived at his car, officials indicated that Hocevar revved his car’s engine and spun its tires in an attempt to rejoin the field while the safety workers attended to his Chevrolet, causing danger to the said workers.
