Chandler Parsons: This Miami Heat Roster Cannot Flip the Switch in the Playoffs

"Looking at their roster, they're not that deep," Parsons said of the Heat. "They have building block pieces but they don't have the depth to just flip the switch and turn into this great team in the play-in tournament. I know we're used to Heat Culture but I don't think this Miami Heat team unfortunately can do that," he added.
