Charles Barkley Hilariously Declares Lakers “Contenders”, Apologizes for Tanking Remarks

Midway through the Lakers' dominant 129-101 win vs. Warriors, Barkley apologized for calling them tankers after their Suns loss. "Y'all are contenders. Y'all are whooping the hell out of them contenders," Barkley said. He jokingly added that the Lakers made the Warriors look like a G-League team. He then once again pronounced the Lakers "serious contenders" for the championship.

After shooting 21.3% over his previous 10 games in February, LeBron shot 4-6 vs. Warriors. "I'm comfortable in every shot I take.
