Charles Barkley's Solution to NBA Tanking: Give Every Non-Playoff Team One Lottery Ball

Barkley proposed equal lottery odds for all non-playoff teams as his fix for tanking, which he said has plagued the league for months. "Every team who does not make the playoffs should get 1 ball. You can't improve your chances losing. That is the fair way to do it... Just give everybody 1 ball and that would stop tanking."
