Charlotte Hornets Called Biggest Winners After LaMelo Ball Trade
Tim MacMahon said Charlotte was viewed “almost unanimously” as the Ball trade’s biggest winner. He noted Ball had “next to no value a year ago,” but credited Hornets GM Jeff Peterson for cleaning up the situation, waiting until Ball rebuilt value and then “pounced on the opportunity” to move him to Minnesota.
