Chelsea Hit With $3.4M UEFA Fine After Squad Cost Ratio Breach

Chelsea have been fined $3.4 million by UEFA for breaching squad cost ratio rules, per Ben Jacobs. Of the fine, $2.3 million is conditional on further 2026 cuts, after last year’s $35.4 million penalty.
