Chip Kelly Returns to College Football as Northwestern OC

Former Raiders offensive coordinator Chip Kelly is heading back to college football, landing as Northwestern’s offensive coordinator, per ESPN. Kelly was fired by Las Vegas in November after a brief, failed NFL stint. A longtime college coach, he previously held OC roles at New Hampshire, Oregon and Ohio State, winning a national title in 2024.
