Chris Gabehart Can Continue Working for Spire, but There Is a Caveat

As part of the latest ruling, Gabehart cannot perform any duties in his new role at Spire that he would have done at JGR as its competition director. The former crew chief is currently involved in a lawsuit with his former employer, who accused Gabehart of leaking valuable information to Spire. The parties will meet again on March 16.
