Haynes reported that the Timberwolves tried putting together a package to pry LaMelo Ball away from the Hornets. Minnesota have a hole at the PG position that Ball would have perfectly filled in. However, Hornets GM Jeff Peterson wants to see what this core group can do. The Hornets have been in great form recently, with a 7-game winning streak.
