Rutgers CB coach David Rowe has emerged as a target for Cincinnati’s cornerbacks vacancy, sources told On3Sports’ Pete Nakos. Rowe would replace Eddie Hicks, who recently left the Bearcats to take the same position at Arkansas. A four-year letterwinner at DB for the Scarlet Knights (2008-11), David Rowe is in his second season on staff and first as cornerbacks coach at RU.
